Steiney og Sara sáu um skrif með aðstoð frá leikstjóra þáttanna, Arnóri Pálma og framleiðendum Saga Film.

A six episode series about mental health. The series focuses on taking a heavy subject but talking about it casually with humour. Trying to understand why we are feeling the way we feel and what can we do about it steiney and Sara take samples from their own lives to connect better with guests and specialists. 

Sara and Steiney wrote the episodes and they were produced by Saga Film and shown at the national TV station RÚV.
